My overall rating for the Sleep Inn is a 7/10 for a few reasons. I have to tell you if you're looking for a good nights sleep, the Sleep Inn has the most comfortable bed I have experienced in any hotel or AIRBNB. They have different roomso set ups for bathrooms where the sink may be inside or outside. Their toiletries smell amazing! They offer a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker complete with coffee k-cups, non-dairy creamer, sugar, sweetener, and stirrers. They also offer a guest laundry room that was on the 2nd floor at the location we stayed at. Their hot breakfast varies daily. The most valuable component of the review rating is that they don't charge an incidental hold addition to the cost of the reservation and extending your stay is easy. 

The Room

The room we stayed in was a double queen with the sink that was outside the bathroom. I have stayed here before in a handicap accessible room with the roll-in shower where the sink was inside the bathroom and prefer that room style. Having two double beds gives you more space in the room. People tend to book rooms with king beds because they most likely have a queen at home and want to experience the idea of a huge king bed. I, personally, don't like king beds because hotels don't replace their mattresses enough and the king size beds tend to bow in the middle making for a horrible nights sleep. Sleep inn provides guests with an iron and full size board in the armoire. They have the nicest furniture and furnishings of any Choice Hotels. 

Toiletries and Bathroom

Zenses 

The shower is a stand up shower with a large shower head that has two settings. The faucet was a little tricky to figure out so be sure to turn the larger handle on all the way and use the smaller one to adjust the temperature. The water gets pretty hot if you like to get a good steam on and their towels are a pretty decent quality. Zenses makes their hotel shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which is scented a Calming Sandalwood. It smells really good. The lotion is thick and the shampoo and conditioner are comparable to Garnier or Herbal Essences. Housekeeping was exceptional in giving extras as needed. The double queen room came with 4 full size towels, 6 hand towels, 4 wash cloths and 1 floor mat towel. You will also receive 1 extra toilet roll, and a hair dryer. My housekeeping person even went the extra mile to bring me 4 water bottles simply because I asked for it. The room comes with a 50" TV with cable. Not a smart TV.

Microwave, Fridge and Coffee Maker

I have used the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. They were all in working order. They offer free coffee and hot water all day with three different varieties of tea. They were fully stocked with cream, sugar, sweetener, honey, stirrers, and milk. In the room they give you 4 pods. 2 are medium roast coffee, 1 decaf, and 1 tea. It only comes with 2 packets of creamer/sugar stuff. 

Incidental Hold

In my experience most hotels in the Choice Hotel Group do require a incidental hold. Sleep Inn asks you to insert your card into the POS chip reader but does not authorize any charges to your card. This is the best in value when I'm travelling because I don't want my funds to be tied up.
